2018 - Tarquinn turned 12 this year. Still many things for the senior dog to do; we discovered the Tricks Test. January 12th he earned three Tricks titles TKN, TKI & TKA and on March 18 we presented our performance to earn his Trick Dog Performance title. March 25th he went back into the WCRL Rally ring to earn 2 Veterans legs with a 210 and 206. We have started on the new adventure of AKC Scent Work. He eared his Novice Container title and moved right up to Advanced Containers, picking up his first Q with a 3rd place.
2017 brought Quinn back to the obedience ring. With a lot of practice he learned to prefect the CDSP Baseball Bonus. On April 8th he earned his Nosework UDX-C and also earned the 100 points to finish his OTCH-C with an average score of 213.5.
On March 13 he finished his Advanced Rally title.
Quinn finished off the year earning his first leg towards his AKC Scent Work Novice Container leg and with that his AKC Achiever Dog Award; and in the CDSP Top 20 Rankings, finished 4 in Utility B.
On 1/30/16 Tarquinn finished is WCRL Rally Level 3 title with 1st place and a score of 207

YES!!! 2014 was a very good year! On October 19 in Stratham NH at the NESA duck herding trial, Quinn finished his AKC Herding Championship with a 4 point major and Reserve High in Trial. Breeder/owner handled.
In July, out of 4 obedience trials he earned his AKC Utility title with one 2nd Pl and two 1st Places. On August 31st he earned a 3 point major towards his Herding Championship for a total of 13 points with 2 majors.
Quinn and I have had a busy 2013 year. On September 29 Quinn earned the final Q needed to finish his Master title with a High In Trial and two more championship points. With the few herding trials we have in our area we earned 4 more Qs towards his HXAd Master title and another 2 points towards his championship with his required second 1st place. Over Labor Day weekend he earned his Herding Intermediate B course title on ducks in three consecutive trials with 3rd, 1st and 2nd placements.He also finished his CDSP-CD title.
2012 Tarquinn was busy showing in AKC Utility obedience, however we always missed qualifying by one exercise. He did earn two legs towards his CDSP Novice obedience title with placements.October 21 at the NESA herding trial in Stamford NH turned out to be a very exciting day when Quinn took 1st pl for a 4 point major towards his Herding Championship along with a Reserve High in trial.On August 31st, at the NorthEast Stockdog Assoc herding trial in Lebanon CT at Starshine Farm, Quinn earned his third HX leg on ducks to finish his HXAd title, plus continued to to qualify on Sept 1st & 2nd to earn 2 Qs towards his Master HX title. June 10, 2012 brought Quinn and I back into the herding ring and Quinn earning his 2nd HX leg with a 2nd pl. Quinn has been busy since the beginning of the year competing in Utility obedience, but no Utility legs yet.

October 22 - Tarquinn earned his first leg towards his AKC Advanced herding title with a 5th Pl. August 21st, 2011 - Tarquinn finished his Open Agility Standard title!! at the Monticello KC agility trial and will now be moving on to Excellent. July 16, 2011 - we made our debut on the herding B course field. With a handicap of having me as his handler (or the other 1/2 of his team), Tarqinn managed to qualify with a 3rd pl! June 4 & 5 2011, at the Susque-Nango Kennel Club Herding Trial, Tarquinn got a good start on his Intermediate Duck title earning a 1st Pl and a 2nd Pl.
2010 - a year to rememberWHAT A WEEK AT THE BORDER COLLIE SOCIETY OF AMERICA NATIONAL SPECIALTY!! in Gray Summit, MO at Purina Farms, Oct 18th - 24th 2010. Tarquinn competed for the Janet Larson Versatility Award and came in 4th place!!!! That was out of 10 dogs that competed for the award out of 425 dogs entered in the specialty. He started out the week qualifying 3 days in herding on ducks to complete his Started A Duck title with placements. Then 2 days of agility taking a 2nd pl in Open Fast (and finishing his Novice Fast title) followed by a 1st place in Open obedience to finish his CDX title PLUS take Best in Sweepstakes out of the Working Dog conformation class. WOO HOO! That's our home bred boy, owner handled and loved.

Tarquinn finished his AKC HSAsheep title on May 9, 2009 with a High in Trial! and earned his ASCA CD with an average score of 195 with placements. "Quinn" is currently working on his AX, OAJ and OF agility titles, utility obedience title, his tracking title and Herding Championship. This busy boy is also running in USDAA agility trials. His mom is my Lynn's Maggie NA/NAJ and his Dad - Walt Jagger's Imp. Don. see pedigree at top of page This boy is biddable and a real joy to work with, and loves to make me laugh.
